      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the past, I have been able to create a support ticket. I can find my past tickets but I cannot create a new one now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm probably overlooking it but I cannot seem to find where to create a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;you can create a ticket by going thru your management page. please see the PDF attached.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the view my support cases &amp;nbsp;option will also allow you to create a case.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It must be a browser thing. I tried it in Microsoft Edge and it worked. It didn't work in Google chrome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
