ImportScene failed in calling to FbxImporter::Initialize()

Hi there

ImportScene couldn't read some kind of fbx files like as "a–g.fbx" as below.

Call to FbxImporter::Initialize() failed.

Error returned: Unexpected file type

An error occurred while loading the scene...

Even when I inserted double quatations , it still doesn't work.

I've attached a zip file including "a–g.fbx"
