Heey all,

When I have created an custom connection class and I use this custom class in an asset, all the parameters of my choice will be copied to the second assed when I link it to the first one.

Now I'm wondering, is it possible to turn this connection class on/off while using it in a layout. So for instance, when I have asset number 1 with a length of 1000mm and a width of 400mm, and I want to connect asset number 2 to asset number 1 but I dont want asset number 2 to copy the length but I do want it to copy the width, or for instance I do not want it to copy any parameters at all.

And for instance when I want to connect asset numer 3 to asset number 2 I do want it to copy the width and length of number 2. Asset number 1, 2 and 3 are all the same asset, placed multiple times.

Is this possible? Thanks in advance,

Robbert

Hi Robert,

You can not do that unless the assets 1,2,3 are different assets.

Thanks,
