Component appears different in PCB than library

Dear

I got USB-C component library from CUI company (reference UJ31-CH-G-SMT-TR-67), it appears correct in library like this :

But when placing in pcb it appears like this :

why hole are not correctly sizing ?

This is an FAQ - I suggest you read the FAQ thread. Look for DRC and "annular ring". I'm a little fed up with answering this exact question every couple of weeks.
