Can't delete projects - Error says project is in use despite everything closed.

I create many demo projects to show my friends how to use Eagle and when I go to delete the project from the Control panel window I get the following error message:

I could understand if I have my project open (schematic & board view) but when i don't have anything open bar the control panel it will still show this error.

I've even gone as far as closing Eagle entirely, reopening it up and trying to delete and still this error pops up despite there be nothing open.

Only way I can physically delete the project is by navigating to the Eagle file in my documents and manually deleting it from there when Eagle is shut down.

Wondering how I can fix this bug or if there a patch out already that fixes this - Using version 9.6.0

Hi @Anonymous ,

I hope you're doing well. This is not a bug. In the control panel, find the project in question and then look to the right as you move to the right you'll run into a green dot(or grey dot). If you don't see it expand the control panel or scroll to the right.

The Green dot indicates that the project is in use and will be the project that gets opened next time you open EAGLE. If you click on the dot it will turn grey then you can delete the project without issue.
