Got warning of unused part when opening schematic, invoke doesn't work

Warning(s): line 2019: ignoring unused part 'PAD2' line 2019: ignoring unused part 'PAD1' line 2019: ignoring unused part 'PAD3' line 2019: ignoring unused part 'PAD4'

Those were used initially but I changed to different pads and I deleted those 4. But it seems to be stuck there somewhere. I can't find those 4 pads anywhere and when I type invoke pad1 I got "unknown part" error. The pad does not show up in board either and invoke does not work in board at all.

Is there a way to really remove those 4 phantoms pads or do I need to manually edit the schematic file directly?

I hope you're doing well. I would actually go to the library make sure it's correct and do an update to the schematic from that library. If the issue persists then you would have to edit the schematic file directly, but I think the library update route would be cleaner and easier if it works.
