      <title>Unable to launch Eagle</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I Purchased an Eagle Maker License in October 2016. I noticed in November that I received was a student license. The distributor I purchased from advised&amp;nbsp; me that Autodesk was unable to&amp;nbsp; resolve the issue until after the new year. When I&amp;nbsp; followed up last week&amp;nbsp;I learned that the distributor no longer represented the Eagle product line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your new release looks promising but having just spent CA$250 for a license I could have&amp;nbsp; received by providing a college e-mail address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know the student and maker have the same&amp;nbsp; features but I purchased a maker license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am&amp;nbsp; not about to commit to a monthly fee for a license that I just paid for and will not work for me. I travel frequently and rarely with the luxury of an internet connection. Eagle is a hobby product for me which&amp;nbsp; I use infrequently. With your license model I will&amp;nbsp; need&amp;nbsp; to open eagle daily in case I get sent on a sudden trip for weeks without connectivity. Even then I&amp;nbsp; would only have access for&amp;nbsp; the first 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get the license I paid for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
