I have bought a subscription for EAGLE standard, and received the email that my software was ready for download, yet I cannot find it in my account products page, but I can find EAGLE in my billing history. I have also tried to find the download link for EAGLE in the virtual agent, but it looks like it's not there.

Hi andrewXSS49,

You can download EAGLE from our main page, as you fire up EAGLE it will ask you for your Autodesk login account. EAGLE will automatically enable whatever entitlement you have purchased. Entitlement usually take a few hours to activate. Let me know if this works.

Best Regards,

When I sign in, it still takes me to the free version. I've been working on the free version for the last few days and it has not updated to the standard edition. I even uninstalled EAGLE and reinstalled it, and when I signed out and logged in again, it is still the free version.

Hello mario.becker,

I hope you're doing well. First go to manage.autodesk.com and look at your account, do you see an EAGLE entitlement? If you do, then this is very good and the rest should be easy.

Go to the EAGLE control panel and click File > Sign Out. EAGLE will restart and ask you to login again. After you login you should now have the version of EAGLE you paid for.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
Jorge Garcia

Hi,

It showed up in the product list now, and after a new sign in, the license is correct.

The process seems to take a workday. The mail communication suggested a more instant readyness.

Regards, Mario.
