Hi CarloTentelli,

When polygons are processed with ratsnest, the spacing of them is controlled partially be the DRC. There is a rule called Copper/Dimension on the Distance tab that sets how far away from the board outline copper is poured. Set this to a smaller value to get the copper closer to the edge.

It also looks like your polygons are set to 0 width. This is not recommended as it will create large gerbers. This happens because the polygons are essentially composed of lines running back and forth and the smaller the width, the more of them there are.

If this solves your issue please hit the accept as solution button.

Best Regards,

The width of "L1" is different than "L2". Why?

Best regards
