I started signing in and the dialog disappeared. Last week, I saw the message asking me to sign in and I didn't even get a chance to respond before it decided I was already logged in. It almost seems like two competing processes... one that is checking to see if I'm logged in, and another trigger-happy process that doesn't like waiting for the other process to decide whether a signin prompt is needed.

That's weird, I haven't gotten any other reports of that. If you have some time, could you make a screencast of when you start EAGLE. Maybe I can glean something from that.

This is unusual, I know Autodesk supports two factor authentication but I'm not 100% sure if EAGLE is setup to handle that. I'll ask the appropriate developer and get back to you on that.

A few points to keep in mind, every time you install EAGLE you will have to login again. If you are in offline mode and 14 days have elapsed then you will have to login again as well.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Thanks for the feedback!

It's really important to know that MacOS users do run second Eagle process and have inconvenience with even do it (tricks in the command line).

Regarding second Eagle instance.

Are you still asked for "Sign in" when you run a single Eagle app?

It's important because:

- There is a slight chance of having some issue with subscription cache synchronization between two Eagle apps.

- We need to find out is the problem on your machine or on the server

Our QAs tested two-steps authentication and it works as expected so your issue most likely isn't caused by it.
