Renumber board question

Using 6.3. Is there a renumber ULP that will allow a different starting number than the default '1'?

Yes there are a few renumbering scripts out there that you can change the start number as well as ignore settings. Are you trying to renumber just a board (without schematic) or both schematic and board?

I ask because there a some scripts that will only work one way.

I don't know what is up with the newewr included renumber-sheet.ulp, but this old one has worked well for me in the past. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/loneFunction/Library/master/ULP/SCH/renumber-sheet_4_5.ulp

If you only have a board without schematic, try this one https://raw.githubusercontent.com/loneFunction/Library/master/ULP/BRD/BRD-RENUMBER.ulp

Be sure to save a backup copy before running either of these just in case.

Thanks. Schematic and board are linked so both. Want to do the renumbering on the board and the schematic can follow.

Ok,
The first one only renumbers based on schematic sheet, and the second only works with the board alone. Somewhere I remember seeing a rename script that used the locations on the board, but it's not in my library.
