This caused both polygons to isolate back and didn't work.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Then I tried making a typical 2-terminal new device with 2 pads connected by copper in the device footprint. This worked on layer 1. I figure I can do the same on the bottom layer with a bottom SMD that has no stop/cream as well.
