I'm working to make my 1st board and run with the problem that the holes for the resistors are too small. Can't figure out how to change/edit the size of the holes.

Thank you

The hole sizes are defined in the library under the package editor.

Are you using the standard RCL library for your resistors? I think there are packages with different hole sizes, larger for the "fatter" packages, but I'm not at a machine with Eagle to check right now. I normally find the default drill sizes to be about right for modern resistors. I've not tried designing in any of the super-thick-leaded 50-year-old ones in the bag of ancient hand-me-downs in the shed

Anyway, if you do find that swapping the package doesn't get the result you need, you'll want to create your own custom library in an editable location (not under the Eagle install as that gets replaced on update). You can copy the part you're currently using and change the name and drill size, then "USE" that library and REPLACE all your resistors. Alternatively, copy the whole RCL library to your new location, edit as needed, deselct the standard, use the new, then do an update library. There are tutorials and YouTube examples of all this.
