I am getting the unhelpful error "Error pulling from Fusion" when trying to pull from Fusion.

I suspect that it is because I moved the PCB in the Fusion timeline. Restarting Fusion and Eagle didn't solve the problem.

I had originally moved some components in Fusion to match positions in the Fusion model. I decided to abandon those changes and see if pushing from Eagle would reset things. Interestingly, it appears to have moved the PCB back to its original position in the timeline. I then moved the components again in Fusion, but once again received "Error pulling from Fusion" when trying to pull.

Any ideas?

Hi @davidHMVUB,

I hope you're doing well. At this point the model is probably messed up. If possible I would suggest breaking the link between EAGLE and fusion and then do a new push to Fusion360.

I'll ping out developers on this to see if they have any other ideas.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Hello! I am getting exactly the same error when making a simple fillet change in a board profile,I have been using the bridge Eagle~Fusion for a while now and never experienced this as well doing much more complex changes.I have tried everything, multiple times resetting the link, pull, push etc etc. I am wondering/hoping there has been a solution perhaps? The error in this context is extremely unhelpful I agree 🙂

Hello again, in more detail. The message box simply reads Error Pulling from Fusion, see attached image. I have now spent enough time trying what I can to debug the issue that I can say it makes no sense, is there an option to just sync the profiles? Perhaps it is a custom part that is causing an issue, but then again, I have no idea. Annoyingly, my design has 4 pcbs which are totally fine pulling from fusion, this is the odd one out and I can't think why. If there would be any support available, I would be most grateful.

can you go to Fusion and check if there is any issue with the PCB feature. If the timeline marker is rolled back to some position before the PCB feature, pull operation will fail.

Honestly, I tried everything. Support would be helpful, but have since decided not to use this feature for this board. I want to use it in the future so am looking forward to some more descriptive error messages when you finish the project! It's great otherwise! 🙂

I am facing the exact same issue, I basically created a new design to see if the issue was related to timeline but I still get the same error with absolutely no reference to why it failed.

The only thing that stands out for me is I recently updated to eagle 9.3.2 and this is my first design on the newer version of eagle.

I am not using Fusion Team functionality at all, Its just me working on a single design.

I have the existing error pulling from Fusion and now i see a new error while trying to push a new design. I have attached a picture with the post. Is there a dump log created by EAGLE ? It might be worth looking to troubleshoot the problem.
