Thanks for the reply, Edwin. You helped me solve the problem. The solution is to go into your library and select Library > Create new version. After you do this, you can go into the control panel, highlight the library, click view on web, and the web page loads as expected.

Thanks,

Roy

Hello,

Before I discuss my issue, I want to start by thanking Jorge Garcia for his excellent customer support.

I created a library and added a few new footprints and devices. When I highlight the library in the control panel and select "View [Eagle Library] on Web", it opens library.io (as usual), but then I get a pop up which says, " Connection Error - We ran into a load content problem. Please check your connection and try again. [Close Button]". What's the meaning of this? I tried viewing a known-working Eagle library on the web and it loaded fine. (Nice new layout btw).

- Roy

Hi Roy,

Thank you for your kind comments regarding Jorge. He is certainly is a super star!!!

Regarding your request, you did mention you made some changes to the library. Did you push for a New Version of the Managed Library before attempting to use the "View On Web" link from the control panel?

Best Regards,

Ed
