ecad.io missing

Today I went to run the BOM ulp file and I find there are NO ulp files in the folder.

I cannot understand how they have all gone, I looked in the C:/eagle/ulp and the documents/eagle/ulp folders but they are empty. I reinstalled Eagle 9.1 but still not ulp files.

How do I get them back?

They are still there. It sounds like you've got the old default directories setup and it's created empty versions of these folders in the 9.1 install folder. The actual versions of all these in 9.1 is in the eagle 9.1 install folder in the examples/ulps/examples folder (yeah it's not obvious to me why they are now called examples....)
