managed library import failed

I have a number of libraries i am trying to add 3d models to for a board design. I keep getting managed library import failures.

An example library that would not import is urn.adsk.eagle:library:5727593

I hope you're doing well. Try again, now if you see that it doesn't work don't try again immediately we think that will make the problem worse. We are working on a fix.
