Cursor control by UP/DOWN keys

Is there a way to have the UP/DOWN cursor keys to control the cursor and snap to grid lines? It would make things a bit easier than dragging with mouse or placement of parts...at least for me 🙂

I can't find anything that allows the UP/DOWN keys to also control the cursor position.

I hope you're doing well. Currently, the arrows are not used by the move command. There are suggestions to incorporate the arrow keys but nothing has been done on this front yet. Thanks for your suggestion.
