Creating / updating / access of managed libaries doesn't work

Hello!

Since last week I'm struggling with the managed libraries function.

First I could not create a new version of my library. I'm using Eagle 9.1.2 standard version.

I was trying around with signing off and on again. No help.

Trying to watch the library online resulted in a "Load Resource Error" shown in the browser.

The Autodesk Support suggested that I should rename my library and create a new managed library with it.

Now even that doesn't work. The "Creating a new managed library" window pops up, but nothing happens for minutes.

I tried Eagle version 9.2.2 but it shows the same behavior.

I assume something happened to my remote account. Is there a lock or anything on that?

Are there current server problems?

Ok, fixed it myself.

My Mac seemed to use some proxy. Deactivating "Automatic Proxy Detection" in Network Settings did the trick.

Now I can handle managed libraries again.

Yet, viewing libraries online still results in "Load Resource Error", but I will find out somehow what that is about.

I'm having the same issue with both Chrome and Edge. Eagle 9.2.2.

Hi @Anonymous,

I hope you're doing well. Try accesing your library from within EAGLE itself can you see your 3D models from there? Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Jorge,

I can access my managed library with no issues and the 3D models are present. I can also push my boards to Fusion 360 without any problems.
