9.3.0 Can no longer change layers while routing diff pairs

Hi All,

I just updated to 9.3.0 and have run into a problem. While routing a two layer board, I am unable to switch layers while routing differential pairs. Routing single ended traces work better than it used to since I no longer get the annoying layer select dialog when clicking the wheel.

Also, here's an idea to improve airwire reporting: instead of reporting the error on layer 19 (unrouted), why not report the layer associated with one end or the other of the no-connect. This would be much more useful.

An update: I can change layers by selecting a different layer from the pull-down menu, but clicking the center mouse button or pressing space no longer changes layers.
