Altium to eagle library import

Hi,
I have the task of importing all parts or "packages" (devices) in a library from Altium to Eagle. When I used the online import tool of eagle, what I could see in altium as rectangular pads in a 0603 capacitor, become circular pads in a 0603 capacitor in eagle.

Also, the dimensions all seem to differ a bit.
I am completely unfamiliar with Altium. I am somewhat familiar with Eagle but have not made libraries in it. I tried following some tutorials of making your own libraries but they are of older versions and I can't seem to find whatever steps they mention on the newer version of eagle.
Could someone provide some help on this?
Also could someone suggest any tutorials on library management and creation in eagle 9.5.1?

For Library management we typically recommend you store unmanaged libraries in the eagle > libraries folder under Documents on your system. If you have any specific questions again feel free to ask them.
