Visibility States Dialogue Box Doe not Appear

I have been using the same computer and AutoCAD version for several months. I use dynamic blocks extensively. Yesterday I was creating a basic dynamic block that would have a few visibility states. I add the visibility parameter and then click on the visibility sates button and the dialogue box no longer appears and all the other buttons on the ribbon are greyed out as if the command is operating. I also checked with an existing dynamic block that had multiple visibility states and I clicked on the button and the same thing as mentioned above. I saw nothing in the help menu that addresses this articular problem. Any ideas?

Have you used two monitors recently?

If so plug in another monitor again and see if the Visibility dialog box appears on that screen and then move it to your other screen.

I use 2 monitiors and a laptop. I unplugged and replugged. I tried all monitors. Still nothing

Hold down the ALT key and then press the SPACEBAR. Does a menu pop up? If it does select MOVE and then use the cursor keys. Try up and down first and then left and right. You might have moved it up the screen or down.

@ahmadfacrudin25 Do you use two monitors?

If so plug in another monitor and try to find the box that way. If that doesn't work and what I suggested doesn't work, try a repair reinstall, which should reset the dialog boxes to their default locations on one monitor.

After initiating the Move from the menu and pressing an arrow key the window will usually snap to the location of the mouse pointer if you move it.
