topic How can I make the text of this block editable, without losing functionality of the block? in Dynamic Blocks Forum

I believe the reason why I cannot edit the text is due to it being a rotated dimension.

However I need the text to be a rotated dimension as it will automatically flip if it becomes rotated up side down.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I cheated a bit.

I turned on the lines for the dimension so I could add a stretch action to it.

You need to change the distance in the properties and then you will see the number update.

Also don't forget to turn off the linear stretch arrow.

See the attached drawing.

@h_s_walker this is perfect thankyou! I actually like the functionality of the stretch command and have opted to keep it turned on 🙂
