Opening a Dynamic File in Block Editor

When I try to open a dynamic block dwg file a dialog box appears that says that the file contains authoring elements and do I want to open it in the Block Editor. When I click Yes the file does not open in the Block Editor.

I figured it out. I had a Auto Lisp that was loading via the CUI. As soon as I removed the Auto Lisp it worked again. I'm not sure if it was the lisp itself that was the problem or if it was the method of loading the lisp. Either way, I got rid of the lisp and now it works fine.
