Lookup Action textfield

Hi,

maybe someone can help me out.

I want to have an lookup action where i have multible different choices to pick from.

And i want a title block within a normal text (no multiline text) and the name of the lookup action should always be in the text.

So i can switch from different names from the lookup action.

So as example (see picture) i want to be able to switch with my lookup action from "1" to "2".

I want it to work just like a visiblity state. But i need it to work with a normal text not an attribute.

You have no variables in the left hand side. If there are no variables there the lookup will not work

Ok, thanks for the info.

But still, i don't know how to get the lookup-name (in the picture "1" and "2") into my text

Why does it need to be text rather than an attribute.

I don't think you can add the lookup "text" into a field. I may be wrong

You can use a blockplaceholder field within an attribute to reference the lookup text. I am not sure if you can use a field within text, though. Those are the reasons I both asked why they need it to be text instead of an attribute and also asked that they post the block.

Hi,

thanks for your answers.

I attached you my block.

The attributes PLANSTATUS and PLANSTATUS1 are my problem.

I have 4 visibility states and there are two different widhts.

I don't really want two attributes, but i need it to be two because at the smaller widht the text must be further together.

So now when i have one of the "Faltrand-Breite - XXX" visiblity states active, i see the "PLANSTATUS1" attribute.

But i don't want to be able to see this attribute (also not "PLANSTATUS" attribute in the other visibility states), i just wanna edit it with my blockpropertytable (or some other sort of lookup action).

The only issue is that the attribute is listed on the properties palette?

Well, if you say it like that, it sounds pretty dumb 😂

But yeah, i don't like the workaround here and i would like a cleaner looking option to do this.

That's the reason i asked if it's possible with an text + textfield. But sadly not possible.
