Dynamic Block: Attribute text not stretching

Hi there,

I am trying to get a section cut block that has drawing number/drawing name attributes in it to be a dynamic block and to be able to stretch. I have read a few different posts about how all you have to do set the attributes in the block to locked position "yes". I have done that and nothing happened the text still doesn't stretch. Am I missing something else? The file is attached please please please advise. I have autocad LT could that be part of the problem?

You shouldn't have two attributes with the same tags strings try DWG#1 AND DWG#2 AND #1 #2 or something like that to start.

I changed that and it still didn't work.

Did you use Attsync to update the existing block or insert a new one? Also, please post your changed block.

Also I think you need to add a stretch action to the right side. The yellow exclamation point indicates the parameter is missing an action such as stretch. I assuming you want to stretch either side.

I did not use Attsync. I am not familiar with that. Yes you are right I want to be able to stretch either way, I added the stretch action to the right side and now the text from the attribute is actually missing. My updated file is attached.

The block is working as expected here. Just type attsync on the command line and hit enter twice. then select the block Then fill in the attributes. Or erase it and insert it again.
