Polar Stretch in Dynamic Blocks

I'm seeking some help! I'm creating a dynamic block for a Curb ramp and wanted to incorporate a stretch option along the curb radius, but all I can mange to make this block do is rotate the curb radius.

Does anyone know how to stretch a curve radius in a dynamic block? Thanks.

I had an idea to use two point parameters with stretch actions that were chained to a rotation parameter/action. It almost worked. The curve gets distorted. I attached the file anyway.

I suppose it could be fixed by using two overlapping curves and using the rotation action to move them.

UPDATE: Using a Radius constraint will hold the radius of the arc as it should be thru the radial stretch action ... although its risky to mix parameters and constraints.

Attached an attempt how to "stretch" the arc.

However, I am pretty sure that other dimensions should also be variable. But I don't know which ones. Can you please describe the intended function of the block in full?
