I've done some testing and haven't figured out the problem yet. I've only discovered that using a text style for the method of inserting the field using the field command works. However, using the same text style that works for the command field attribute still doesn't work.

I'm trying to create a block with a field that automatically displays an element's size. It's a simple thing I've already done, but it simply isn't working anymore. Even with multiple types.

1. Method 01 – attribute with the parameter chosen by the All category – placeholder
Doesn't work and only "updateddistance" appears.
2. Method 02 – attribute with the parameter chosen by the object category – object
The number appears but doesn't update with regen or updatefield. In the block editor, it doesn't appear as a "field," even though it was previously created as a field.
3. Method 03 – inserted directly using the "field" command by the object category
### appears, and when you enter "blockedit," a message appears saying that the parameter associated with this field has been deleted.

Fields won't work within mtext within blocks. Neither of the mtext fields are going to work.

The blockplaceholder field works fine for me within your block.

Object fields will not work when referencing a dynamic parameter. Object fields will work if referencing other linework, e.g. the length of a line. As far as I can see, you do not have any usable objects within your block that could be referenced. You show an image of the first step in making an object field, but not the step after selecting the object which is more important.

In the attached file I added a line and referenced it with an object field and it works fine.

In order to determine what you are doing incorrectly or what is malfunctioning, I would need more information from you. As you can see in the attached file, both fields in attributes work fine on my end.
