&lt;P&gt;Before I read your post I had brought the block into a new drawing files and then exploded it. The parameter drop down was then present nad working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After reading your post I did the 'Save as..' for the block in the block editor. When I brought it in to a new .dwg it was fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In hindsight, I believe it was being read as a block within a .dwg when I tried to INSERT in a new file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
