Linking user parameters to a data link table

Hello all. I have tried to find a solution to this, but I either overlooked it or there isn't a post about it. I am trying to have an object parameter driven from either a data link table or an excel file. Is there a way to have the dimension or user parameter linked to the table?

Yes. You can do so with a field or with data extraction.

Thanks for responding. If I am in the Parameter Manager, how do I get the parameter to read what is in the table?

You can link a user parameter to a table or field so the table or field shows the user parameter values, but you cannot, with stock AutoCAD, alter the user parameter value by changing the table value.
