polar stretch - the length of line increases after stretch

Hi all,

The file attached here, I am trying to polar stretch the plate marked by circle is getting stretched properly.

Only problem is length of the line otherside getting increased.Can any one please fix this.

I don't know what you are asking. Please give a better description of the desired behavior and what is not working.

the white circle where i marked in the drawings, is the place where bent plates i want to stretch out using polar stretch, then you can notice that top edge is going beyond. please see youtube video link here.

Nope. I didn't save it, but you can reproduce it fairly easily from the screencast.
