Move Rotation Grip with Scale action

I have create a block for pipe ends that flips, rotates, and scales. The only issue is the Rotation grip; It does not move with the Scale action. The rip is included with the Scale action set but it does not move. I setup the block up so that the Rotation and Scale actions share the same basepoint because this makes the block easier to position and size on drawings. Does this affect the rotation grip from scaling? See attached dwg.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated, Ken

(1) The rotation parameter was not even selected under the scale action

The grip was selected but the parameter has to be as well
Use modify selection to add this

(2) even if it was selected it would scale off to the side because of the default angle position you have setup

Default angle should be 90 in this case

See the attached drawing for the corrected block.

As a side note that rotation parameter does not have to be a chained action.

This works! It was the default angle that caused my frustration. I had the rotation parameter selected at one point but the rotation grip would slide to the side when scaled. With the rotation parameter left out of the scale action, the rotation grip would rotate properly but it would not scale.
