Title blocks

Hi I have created a title block now what i am trying to achieve is to create hidden boxes or rectangle that i can flip through at anytime by pressing the block action button. Sorry i'm a beginner, but what i am trying to put/use on my title block is this. Title block will have all the project details and on the side maybe on the left side i could press a button that would juggle through these.
1- For Review.

2- Preliminary

3- For execution

4-Sketches (that i would be able to use viewports to show front side top and rear view of the diagram that was drawn.

I hope i am making sense but I don't know what its called so kind off don't know what to post/ask about in other words.

The easiest solution to implement would be Visbility states. Using your example you would have 4 states. The title block would be visible in all 4 states while each of the 4 text/box objects would only be visible to 1 of the 4.

Its a little too much for me to go into at the moment but I'm sure a quick google search will turn up numerous articles and videos for this. (and better than I could do it)

Hey regardless i want to thank you 🙂 because i was unsure on what to look for. i will check the video and see what else i can look up on google. I appreciate all the help.
