FLIP ACTION

So I currently have a dynamic block that has been working perfectly fine. In the block it has a loopup table and a visibility action. I decided today to add a flip command so that i can use the block in either direction. I placed the flip point right where the blocks basepoint is. When testing, the block flips and still works perfectly but the lookup marker did not flip with the block, it stays in its current location. The lookup still works just wont move its grip point. Any suggestions?

Flip the lookup parameter.

If I flip the lookup parameter it works but then leaves the base point where it was originally lol.

If you want to flip the basepoint of the block as well, just add the basepoint parameter to your block and the flip

I must be doing something wrong. Before I placed the basepoint, if i placed the flip action on the lookup parameter it flipped it correctly but left the basepoint where originally was at. Now i put a basepoint parameter as you stated and still put the flip action at the lookup parameter and now the lookup grip moves which is didnt before.

There are not any lookup parameters within your block. Proper terminology goes a long way especially if you don't attach the block with your query. What are you calling a lookup, the block properties table or the visibility parameter? I would not have advised you to 'flip the lookup parameter' if I had known that you were not actually referring to a lookup parameter.

I apologize, I didnt mean to bother you with inproper terminlogy. I will try harder next time. Yes I was referring to the block table as the lookup, my mistake.

The block doesn't have any flip parameter/action within it either. Where you want the flip line/grip affects what advice is worth offering.

I removed the flip parameter because it wasnt working. I only added the block the other member requested. If you are going to be rude about it please move on. I am trying to learn and see what mistakes I made with my block.
