I've created a wall type and i'd like it to be clean when it intersects with another wall: at corners or mid wall.

This post would be better answered in the dynamic block forum. It looks like all you need to remove the 45 degree line is to convert your hatch boundary to construction lines and then add additional lines back for the masonry faces. That said you should consider using Autocad Architecture. see screencast for wall placement and automatic cleanup.
