topic 3D Move along UCS not WCS in DWF Forum (Read-Only)

Hello,

I am trying to move an object along the z-axis of a UCS that I defined and not the WCS. However, when I select my object for 3DMove, my only axes options are the xyz defined by the WCS. How do I move objects along my UCS instead?

Thank you

UCS command, are you saying it's still set to World?
PLAN command, is it set to CURRENT UCS? it should be.

Thanks for the reply Dean.

My current coordinate system is the UCS I defined and not the WCS. However, whenever I select individual objects they have WCS oriented axes. Thus, I cannot readily move my objects along my UCS. But the active CS does not change during this process; it is still the UCS I want. The object just does not take on that UCS.
