Issue with Create sheets and view frames overlap

when I create view frame and sheets for road plan and profile using a custom template (Plan and Profile)
I have had trouble getting my view frames to work correctly:

first, the overlapping area of view frame is not included in the sheets
also, there is an overlapping between the profile views in sheets

How can I solve this?
is it a matter of scaling (drawing, and the template or something else)

ijn the wizard there is an option to give more or less play between frames... the match line can move and the vframes can slide and rotates to suit your needs.

AND it is best to have view port cales in the template match the scale of the drawing
