Edit: I actually found a way to do exactly what I wanted. I was trying to change the color of an "existing ground line" in my profile space. I asked about wanting to draw a polyline over each and every point, but to do it all at once by selecting a line that was connected to the profile, and it giving me options to do so, but this is not what happened.

What I ended up doing (in case someone else has the same issue):

-Click on the profile line that you're trying to change the color of.

-Go to "Properties" and change the line from "Dynamic" to "static."

-Select and right-click on the profile line.

-Under "Object Style," change the style to your preference.

(Example, I work for a surveying company and had previous survey shots from 2023 that needed to have a different color on the profile view to represent that its obviously the previous years' survey.)

Thank ya'll to ya'll who replied so quickly and gave tips and tricks on what to do. I appreciate ya'll.

Is there a way to basically create an entire polyline, and creating it into the same design of a profile line, at once without having to go point-by-point? (example: If I were to want to create a polyline that mimics a profile line, but don't want to go through each point one-by-one, I would simply just option-click on the profile line and it'd give me the option to create a polyline of the same design. Another example would be if I were to select the polyline tool to start using, I'd maybe option-click on the profile line to go ahead and give the option to "copy" it as a polyline.)

Third possibility, maybe there's a setting? Any clues?

Thank you!

you could make a copy of the profile, explode it to the block, then explode it again to individual line segments, and then use JOIN to join the segments all together.

You could export the drawing to Autocad only objects and go to the new drawing and copy out the entity.

I can’t tell if you want a polyline in your profile view or want to add a polyline to your profile.

there is no button or stettng to do either in one shot.

For complete poly lines others have touched .

for complete profiles I would export to CSV and add the remaining stations elevations and reimport

There is an Free app in the App store called RefLineProfile that will make a polyline from a profile. Useful for offsets but you can set it to Move, 0 as well.
