If you are trying to add a wall using feature lines just off set the top or bottom of wall by 0.05. @Jeew-m is correct in that CIVIL3D cannot triangulate perfectly vertical walls but you can give it some triangulation by offsetting the feature line.

I need to make a surface to obtain profile view cuts of this terrain, but i'm currently unable to do it. I tried some workarounds, but the surface went crazy ignoring some points and it didn't look like it should... Any tips?

You can explode the blocks and add them as poly faces to the surface.

However, I think you cannot add vertical walls to surfaces since it is not supported by Civil 3D surfaces.

Maybe you can add them as wall breaklines.
