Problem printing custom reports in SSA 2023.

Hi all. I have created an SSA model for storm drainage and am trying to print a custom report of the results. When I click "Output -> Generate Custom Report" I get the following error codes;

This is a custom report file (.crodb) that I am trying to use to generate the report, it is the one my firm uses. I can confirm that I do have Microsoft excel installed on this computer. I checked in my control panel to see if I had novaPDF installed and can't find it on my computer. To my understanding it should've been installed simultaneously with SSA 2023. SSA is fully updated as of the latest release in May of 2024. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

I have seen this issue before, and I hate it. Usually I end up having to do the Clean Reinstall of Nova PDF. Here is the tech support document for these errors if it helps Unable to create a custom PDF report in Storm and Sanitary Analysis in Civil 3D
