Thanks, that is a command I probably should have utilized by now.

I still have to come back to the curve to select the points so I am not sure if I am saving any time but I will test it out.

I was wondering if while I am drawing a curved feature line if I could assign an elevation from a cogo point at the second point of the arc.

Currently, I draw the feature line then come back and insert a PI at the point with the point elevation.

Thanks.

Draw the Featureline with the 3 points at elevation. Then use Fit Curve.

How are you doing it now? Fit Curve or drawing 2 continuing arcs are the only way I can think of.

I draw a feature line starting at the first cogo point then specify arc and select the second cogo point and then the end cogo point.

With this method I have to come back and insert a PI at the second cogo point so the curve elevation matches the second cogo point elevation.

About the same. You could also insert an Elevation Point. But, again, that's a similar operation. I don't see any way to do in in one shot.
