Error Performing Edit

Hi all, I've been trying to paste both my existing surface and corridor surface onto a new finished picture, but no matter what I try I continuously get the 'error performing edit' message. I've followed all of the steps I could find for workarounds/finding the problem, but nothing has seemed to work for.

Does anyone have any new recommendations for figuring out the issue?

Drawing is attached below. (This is probably done very poorly, I am an undergraduate just playing around)

Hi Ella,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Thanks for posting your drawing.
I get same as you. I suspect it has to do with this error message:
"Macro file not found at original path specified in subassembly."
Dave

David,
Thanks for your reply! Can I ask where you're seeing this error message? When running it myself I get no other pop-up aside from the "Error performing edit."
Additionally, would you know to fix that error message?

Ella,
Open your drawing by using command RECOVER. If you don't see "Events", use command SHOWEVENTVIEWER.
I'm not well-versed in Corridor creation, so I'm not sure how to fix that error, but you can extract the 43,405 points from the corridor surface and then add them to your EG surface.
Drawing attached.
Dave
