I have been spent the day creating a pipe network and have come to find out the Sump Elevation for my manholes are 500ish feet lower than my rim elevation. How could this have happened and is there any way to fix this?

My "Control Sump by:" is set to depth, and I'm using the "basic" rule set.

I don't understand why it was that in the first place though. When creating structures do you need to apply rule each time after setting invert elevations?
