Highlight up one row from where you are just on "Networks". The full list of networks should show up on the bottom of the prospector tab where you can highlight multiple networks using Ctrl or Shift, then right click and select Delete.

Four years later in 2019.

I tried following your direction and it didn't delete multiple pipe networks but only the very bottom one network. I am using Civil 3D 2018. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Sirjoelsph,

I am not sure why the solution post doesn't work but I found my own way to deal with this and I found this way is very much useful and informative for my pipe and pressure network design.

Create folder and move all unwanted networks into the folder and delete whole folder. this should works.
When you click on delete folder, delete sub folder dialogue box appears and you must choose the option dele all objects.
This video explains the procedure,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-53O1GVZus

If you still not able to delete feel free to upload the file for better understanding and best resolution.
