I've ran into the issue covered in THIS support page which is shown in the "broken" attatchment. Shown in the attatchment labled "Right" is how my manholes originaly looked before we upgraded to civil 3d 2016.

My understanding of this issue is that there will not be a practical solution untill the next service pack is released.

How ever shown in the attatchment, "Wrong", is how my manholes now look after I followed the work around explained in the linked support page. all of my manholes look either like the one on the left or right. Is there any way to get them all to look the same?

Another workaround is IF you have 2015, create draw the structures in profile, then you can open it in 2016 and you will be good to go. I know it's not ideal, but that's all we got for now.

We upgraded from 2013 when we got new computers so we don't even have 2013 any more. Thank you any way though.

Incase any body else ran into this problem I found a work around.

go into,

[Structure Properties] -> [Part Properties] -> and adjust the "Structure Rotation Angle".

Im unsure of the reason why, but you have to play with trial/error to determine exactly which degree of rotation will give you the uniform drawing of the structures profile your looking for.
