If the support you're looking for is from Autodesk. You need to go through you're Maintenance Subscription. This is mostly a peer to peer support forum. Although Autodesk employees do sometimes join in, they don't regularly monitor this group. The only one they do monitor is <A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support-topics/483" target="_blank">Installation & Licensing</A>.   What you're seeing as an "answer" to your CER is an automatic response from the server monitoring the submissions. I'd suggest you the About command and check the SP version in the upper left hand corner to verify the latest SP is installed. It may be and the auto-response system may just not be picking it up.   I'd suggest that you start a Support Request through your Maintenance Subscription. Basic level Subscription allows web support. Higher levels allow phone support. If you haven't been keeping track of the CER numbers but did provide an email address. They can track it through that. If you haven't done either you can start now.   Without any knowledge of your problems I can only offer the generic advice to Repair and/or Reinstall your software.
