Both of the files have question marks in the csv for the description so how would you expect it to have a "-". If you want a dash at all the ? then do a replace in the csv file, and re-import the data.

@rl_jackson, If you see the attached .csv files you will see that the .csv files have the "-"; not the "?".

Neither file I downloaded had a dash, both had question marks.

@rl_jackson, i went back to see what i had in my .csv files and you are correct. I am now updating the "?" to "-". When i converted to .csv, everything looked good. I failed to open the .csv file to verify.
