Thanks for the quick reply!

Unfortunately, I don't see those options in my Label Style Composer. I've attached screenshots of the settings I'm using. Is there another area that I'm supposed to look? My Dragged State dialog box doesn't seem to have the option to select a component.

Hi all,

My office recently made the call to move to C3D 2016, and I'm having a bit of trouble with a particular set of label styles. Specifically, crossing pipes in profile views. I can get the labels to look just fine in 'normal' state, but when I drag them, a gap appears in the line.

We have old labels from C3D 2014 that we use for station/elevation, as well as structure labels, which all function 'correctly' (i.e. - the line portion just extends when dragged, without a gap), and I've attempted to copy those settings as best I could, but there's evidently something I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.

-Daniel Allen

Is it maybe a custom pipe where a hatch of sorts would cover it..or solid? makes no sense..i can't reproduce it. sorry 😕

I appreciate you giving it a shot.

For clarity, the gap isn't related to the pipe that the label is crossing. That's just circumstantial in that one instance. The gap appears no matter where the label occurs (and is dragged).
