How to print using just one layout?

When I draw plans and I configure in paper space (layout) to print in Civil3D and AutoCAD.

Most time I just create ONE layout with all the plans of the project. (See the picture)

I use in this way because it's easy to edit all plans in just one layout (Adding titles, legends, names, scale bars, etc.)

I use to create my first A1 plan and then I select and create a copy (50mm) to the right. Then I edit titles, add viewports, turn off layers per viewport, etc.

When I'm going to print I use to configure each plan per layout and use a usefull rountine (Rountine lisp) to print (get PDF files most the time).

But, when I have more than 4 layouts and the CAD file is really slow. It's so hard to configure each plan per layout.

So, the idea is the next.

How could we create some plans like the picture, and then use a rountine lisp to go over and focus each plan.

Of course should be some 'rules'.

1. Configure the first layout

2. Load rountine.

3. eject and insert the number of plans that we have.

4. That should be print #1, configure #2 and print, ........ congifure number n and create pdf.

Do you have any idea or suggestion to create that rountine?

Save views for each and lot the views
You can batch plot view too but more complicated

You should look into sheet set manager

With respect to your query and as indicated by the partner @Joe-Bouza, it would be good that each plane you put in each layout, and avoid having several planes in its single layout, as this can hurt and slow down the PC as you indicate, Worse even if the PC does not have good resources

If your plans have many elements to visualize, objects and other things, this could affect in the slowness of the PC or process at the time of plottear ...

If you put a map in each layout, the plotteo process will be more comfortable, since you can use the routine LISP that indicates the video by the partner Yoffre Vargas (Spanish Community) or you can also use the option PUBLISH in The FILE menu either to print in PDF or PAPER, I leave a reference link:

Con respecto a tu consulta y como lo indica el compañero @Joe, sería bueno que cada plano lo pongas en cada layout, y evitar tener varios planos en su solo layout, ya que esto puede perjudicar y poner mas lento la PC como lo indicas, peor aun si la PC no tiene buenos recursos

Si tus planos tienen muchos elementos que visualizar, objetos y demás cosas, esto podría afectar en la lentitud de la PC o proceso al momento de plottear...

Si pones un plano en cada layout, el proceso de plotteo será mas comodo, ya que puedes hacer uso de la rutina LISP que indica el video por parte del compañero Yoffre Vargas (Comunidad Español) o también puedes hacer uso de la opción de PUBLICAR en el menú ARCHIVO ya sea para imprimir en PDF o en PAPEL, te dejo un link de referencia:
