I have a drawing that I am linking fields to other sheet sets and every time I save the link goes to ####. I can browse to the other sheet sets and link the drawing just fine but on save it messes up. Any suggestions?

Bryce

I wonder if there is a limit on the number of characters within the path of a field.

Ok, it must have just been the way the file opened up without access to the sheet set it was referencing.

Does this sheet belong to the sheet set?

it belongs to a sheet set and the fields that are linked to that works fine. The other fields are linked to a separate sheet set and when i save, it changes to "*Unknown*" and puts ### in.

Im only guessing but if you are pointing to SSM fields the SSMAUTOLOCATE probably tells the field it should be part of the current Sheet set. I know the dialog lets you pick different SS but ... it does go kabluey doesnt it. Ive had the same experience
